Dedicated to Tom Mullen, a man of many talents and a very popular personality in Manchester Scottish circles, including RSCDS dancing and RSCDS dance band, Pipe Bands and Caledonian Choir. I have personally known Tom since the early 60’s when he was Pipe Major of the Prince Charles Edward Pipe Band in Manchester in which I was a drummer. The first time I heard Harvest Home was when Tom introduced it to the Pipe Band as part of a very exciting medley. (Notes are by Peter Dawson and are from Ten Modern SCDs)
