Issue 1342: Mozart Allan, the correct publisher?

Description: Hi all,

Mozart Allan is stated in SCDDB as the publisher of the “The New Scotland Strathspey” leaflet.

In my copy, Mozart Allan is not even mentioned anywhere on or in the leaflet. My copy shows “Hugh Foss (Formby); 50 Wicks Cresent, Formby, Liverpool, L37 JPW”.

Does that mean that the leaflet has been distributed by Mozart Allan and Hugh Foss? Does anyone have more insights?

Any objections against setting the publisher to Capt. E. G. Elder?

Well, back in 1997 we had a thread on our system here: https://www.strathspey.org/lists/strathspey%40strathspey.org/t/7143/ Ron Mackey answers to this question and mentions that in HIS leaflet Mozart Allen IS the publisher… :-/ Shall we keep it then?
