Hello Martina, I just added the link to the google doc as an extra URL for Martin Sheffield. His original website still seems to be alive and has other information so it seems good to keep that one as well. The google doc is actually linked from the other website but I agree its handy to have a direct link (though it could become a maintenance issue if Martin changes his google doc). Cheers, Murrough.
