Hello Iain, Thanks for reporting this. I think its been the case for a while as all the PDFs of cribs for the dances on the Around the World with Scotch Mist album that were linked from the suspended www.scotchmist.ca site have been added to their corresponding SCDDB dance entries. It looks as though Eric did this in April.
Although tidymindedness would suggest removing the currently non-functional links, keeping a record of them means one can go and search the wayback machine (web.archive.org) which I presume is where the working links came from. So I am inclined not to remove those links just yet.
Unfortunately the wayback machine did not archive the “Contacts” page from that site so its not possible to find any contact details for the band to see if they are still active and likely to resuscitate their website.
Unless perhaps one of the other editors knows how to contact them?
A while ago Anselm, Eric and I discussed how to improve detection and flagging of broken links (of which there are currently around 100 in the database). Im afraid pressure of other things means there is no progress here (at least on the bit I was encouraged to do). Cheers, Murrough.

Laird Brown responded very quickly and the www.scotchmist.ca site is now back up.
