My apologies!
As I started to check the page numbering of the dances in Whetherly Book 16, I discovered that the number given after the publication name is actually the order of inclusion in the collection NOT the page number as I had incorrectly assumed.

Yes, publications can be marked as using page numbering or not, in which case its just assumed to be the sequential number in the book. Unfortunately this choice is only visible via the editing interface. A while ago I did suggest to Anselm it should be more public ,so it might be on his to do list, but not with high priority I suspect.
I will mark this and the previous issue as Ignored as there is nothing to be changed.
