I think this is an alternatively spelt duplicate of #6463 Jessie Stuart’'s Welcome to Dufftown by Graeme Mitchell.

Another nice mess. References to the music (eg the ABC tune finder) prefer Stewart, but the dance Welcome to Dufftown is by Jessie Stuart. There is a discussion about the tune years ago on the strathspey mailing list (http://www.strathspey.org/lists/strathspey@strathspey.org/t/52912/). A web search also turned up this video http://www.dufftowndanceclub.com/jrsp6.html where at about 10:28 into the video Graeme Mitchell says the tune name was requested as “Welcome in Dufftown” (not “to”). This one has be resolved today under some other issue number after Graeme Mitchell gave feedback on its correct name - THIS version is the correct one, tune 6463 and another duplicate had to go.
