My 1984 edition of Book 16 has a page headed “Special Formations” at the back, with brief descriptions of “Promenade” (3cpl promenade, phrasing differing slightly from the RSCDS Manual 3rd ed), “Double Triangles”, and “Reel of Four” (across, starting and finishing on sidelines, with progression).
Is this the sort of thing that can go into “Extra Info” or notes?

Maybe! Though if the special formations are really only in one particular dance each it may be best just to mention it in the notes for the individual dances.

I was thinking that this publication maybe contained the first, or at least an early, RSCDS description of these formations, and so was worth noting. All three formations are in at last two dances from the book.
