A video [now removed] was uploaded recently, but there this dance was an ECD, with a different author. Does anyone know more about Alan W White, and on where he published this jig? Does this dance exist as a SCD?

Yes, it seems so. Minicrib credits it to Alan White of the St Andrew Society (London) which was an SCD club in Wimbledon until its closure this year. I have been taught the dance but do not know where, if anywhere, it has been published. The SCD dictionary site links a reasonably good video from Hong Kong which I just added to SCDDB.
The minicrib seems a bit confused between bars 25-28 and 29-32: I have mentioned this to the minicrib team.
