As the book is published on the website of West Lothian branch as a WL dance book, should it not been mentioned as published by the branch and mentioned under the branch publications (together with the other 3 WL-books)?

I do not have a paper copy so perhaps someone else can help? Iain Gent has adopted the publication. And according to issue 20 Eric Ferguson has a copy.
