Ive checked and the dance September Strathspey by Nicola Higgs is already described as 2/4L in the database. So I believe its already correct and nothing needs to be changed.
There is also another dance of the same name by Martin Sheffield which is a 3/4L dance. A reference to this would appear on the web page for the Nicola Higgs dance as a “See also” suggestion (in case someone accidentally selects the wrong one among several similar named dances). Perhaps that is why you thought the Nicola Higgs dance was for 3L.
