Yes, unfortunately the Spägele’s website, which has changed address several times over the years, is once again defunct. See also a previous report in issue 3070 (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/issue/3070/).
I emailed Sybille Spägele at the time but had no response. Maybe other editors have contact details they could try?
Peter, you could try following the links in that other issue to the web archive.
In the longer term we could try and ask permission to host their old site, eg on e-cribs.org?
