This tune might be the same as Maggie and Jock (by Felix Burns). The Shand publication has other Felix Burns tunes so this would not be out of the question. Does anyone have the Shand publication to check?

Well, the cover of the publicatin online search) says it is “Maggie and Jock … Barn Dance”.
