Hi.
This recording is 8 times through a 32 bar AABB pattern (256 bars in total). The pace should therefore be 35 seconds/32 bars.
This recording is also used for dance 10132 The Cameron Reel.
Cheers.

Indeed. Changed from 16 to 32 bars per repeat.
As for The Cameron Reel, is there any way to get copies or scans of the 2001: A Dance Odyssey book containing it? Some of the dance entries for that publication, including The Cameron Reel, have missing numbers of couples and/or set shape. From your comment I presume that dance is 3 couples in a 4 couple longwise set?

Hi Murrough,
The dance is indeed a 3C in 4L set.
Is there a way to upload the scans to an issue, or should I email them? If the later, to the admin email or to you?
Based on the track durations, I think you’ll find recordings 7676, 8670, and 8704 should all be R32 × 6.
The confusion probably stems from the way the dance is structured. It’s a 32 bar reel with the progression of a three couple dance in a four couple set [2,1,3,4], but all four couples dance bars 1–24.
Cheers.
