Hi The original instructions have “dance right shoulder gypsy turns around their partners 1 ½ times to finish on their own sides”.
but… Minicrib has: “all dance RSh 1/2 round partners & face partner, pull back RSh & dance out to own side.”
Does a correction need to be submitted to MiniCrib? Do you wish me to submit it?
Keith Rose’s diagram looks fine!
Thank you, Stuart

Thanks Stuart (also for uploading that very good video we clearly overlooked).
The instructions we have say for bars 25-32 “All set, dance RSh once around partner, dance out to own sides, and set.” I guess the dance out to own side effectively makes it 1 ½ times round though its not explicit. The wording in the online instructions you quoted are slightly different. I might email the deviser to see which she prefers. In any case I agree the MiniCrib “pulling back RSh” does not match either of them.
David Haynes is alway happy (in a way!) to receive corrections directly (minicrib@minicrib.org.uk). But since the SCDDB issue system has a handy “Cc to MiniCrib” checkbox I have clicked it and hopefully David will get it.

“Probably better to use wording that’s not gypsy turn.
All set, dance right shoulder around partner 1 and a half times to own side, set.”
