Please add the footnote from book 44/9 Namely:
Devised in 2001 by Sandra Turton of 51st Club, Johannesburg, South Africa, to commemorate the Club’s 50th Anniversary, and dedicated to all the people of the 51st Club who travelled weekly to dance in Johannesburg throughout its fifty years existence.
This dance is important to me because I once was one of those travellers
