according to my copy of Happy to Meet, the recommended music is “The Waves of Tory” by Jim Johnstone-Lismor Recordings. Looking at the recording, it seems that the recommended tune is “Gillespie’s Reel”.
also: Extra Information: “The Kingston Flyer” was an affectionate nickname given (towards the end of the 19th Century) to the express passenger train operating between Gore, Lumsden and Kingston in Southland, New Zealand.

Thanks. I linked the dance to the named recording and added the extra info. The original instructions do not actually specify a preferred tune so I have not linked that.
