The central section should be in a circle of three couples rather than two. Three roll-aways gets you back where you started, i.e. 2(1)3, ready for the 1s to dance a half figure of eight. Three roll-aways in a circle of two couples puts the 1s on the ladies’ side facing the 2s on the men’s side.

The original description of bars 9-12 says:
9-10: Joining nearer hands, 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples balance forwards to form a circle then all balance backwards staying in a circular formation.
11-12: Each balances on the spot and moves the woman on his left over to his right (As in Waltz Country Dance).
This is not too well reflected in the diagram.
Furthermore, bars 1-8 have two 1st men and two 2nd ladies. Also the reel at the end should be reviewed. It should be 1st cpl (in 2nd place) start in and down, 3rd dance out and up…
Cheers, Heiko
