Belladrum House was first published by Simon Fraser in 1816, as described in the “Belladrum House” entry in
http://www.ibiblio.org/fiddlers/BELL_BH.htm
So it can’t possibly have been written by James Scott Skinner, who wasn’t born until 1843.
