In the original publication the name is in ALL CAPS. We do not need to worry about such capitalization detail unless it could lead to misunderstandings. Ignore. Eric

For the record, the name is in all caps above the dance description, but in mixed case with a lowercase “the” above the tune.
Also for the record, the RSCDS has a policy of not capitalising words like “the” in the revised A5 books. I expect that once we get around to making the A5 book that contains Book 36 (given that we’re currently working on books 25-30, presumably the next one or the one after that) then the “the” will officially become lower-case.
So we can argue that Edwin has a point here. OTOH, I agree that the issue isn’t that important in the grand scheme of things.
Having said that, the titles in most recent RSCDS books as well as the ones that have appeared in revised A5 editions are to be considered as “cast in stone” and should not be changed on a whim. This is because we have gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that these are spelled in the way the RSCDS likes them to be spelled. I’m relying on you people to exercise appropriate restraint; I can probably set things up such that the titles of RSCDS dances cannot be altered in the admin but I would much rather spend my not-infinite spare time on more interesting and important tasks.

I’m fixing this one just so Edwin will stop re-filing the issue, and because it is what the Society will very likely do eventually, anyway, once they get around to revising the dance description.
