After much confusion, it turns out that a later printing of the Bon Accord book (not the original printing which I own) contains the directions for the Quaich, as well as the Rondel Book in which it first appeared (which is the source given in this database. The later Bon Accord version is identical to the Rondel version, down to a typo, but it is later and so should probably be the preferred reference – except of course that people like me with the first edition will go looking there and not find it.
I leave it to your wisdoms to figure out the appropriate source statement, but at least both should be referenced, I think.

The 1968 edition of the Bon Accord book includes three more dances. I have added them, and added suitable notes. Fixed. Eric
