This dance also contains strathspey setting step.
It was devised by Penny Gay to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Falmouth White Heather Club in 1991 and is published in their 30th anniversary Dances booklet. The castles of Pendennis and St Mawes are situated on the headlands on either side of the Carrick Roads, the busy waterway that leads to the port of Falmouth.
