I have published three books of dances so far:
This came out in 1994, and it is in many respects an “early work”. However I’m glad that some dances from it come up on the German social dance circuit every so often, and that Dagmar's Fancy is apparently popular in the London (UK) area.
This book was produced in an era where PDF wasn’t widespread (I don’t seem to remember whether it had actually been invented yet), and there are various other considerations that prevent me from offering a good PDF copy. You can download a crummy PDF copy, though.
There are paper copies available (see below).
I published this book in 2001 for my good friends at the Proitzer Mühle.
You can download the book in PDF format. I’m out of paper copies right now but given enough demand I might get another print run done.
This is my newest book (published in 2008), which is a collection of dances I came up with for weddings of SCD friends all over Germany.
You can download the book in PDF format, and I also have paper copies available (see below).
Generally I’m fine with people photocopying my books for non-profit purposes, but if you would like a “proper” printed paper copy these are available from me at reasonable prices. The Mainhattan Book, which is a 20-page A5-size booklet, is €3, while Nine Weddings, which is a 24-page A4-size booklet, is €5. I usually have copies on me when I come to balls or workshops, and I’m happy to send copies by mail (P&P: €1 in Germany, €3 for European air mail).
Payment: If you’re in the EU, ask me for my account details. If you live abroad, we can probably arrange something but I would be happy to swap you for a dance book from your area.
TACbooks should carry my books as well.
