Dance was devised by the late Frances Grant, dance teacher for the Kilmorack class for almost 3 decades and founding member of Glen Orrin Dancers, for Beauly Firth and Glens Trust, St. Andrews Night November 1997. After her death in May 2019, the original instructions for the dance were found by her sister Eleanor Gunn.
