This dance is published a 2C/4L dance, but as first time through 1c ends in 4th place (progression 2341) it is in fact a 4C/4L dance. The instructions then continue with “The dance starts again with the new top couple being a couple one and every other couple is also a first couple.”
Editor’s note: That is obviously incomplete; it is impossible for both 1c and 3c to finish at the bottom. One must assume that 1c ends in 3pl and 3c in 4pl (progression 2413). Then the final positions after 8 times through are (4,2,1,3). The initial (1,2,3,4) is never reached. This point needs to be looked at more closely.
