All dance two interlocking diagonal reels of 4 giving LH briefly in centre.

All Ladies (in middle) dance1/2 R&L, top & bottom couples dance1/2 R&L.

All Men (in middle) dance1/2 LH across, all Men take promenade hold with partners & dance anticlockwise round the set for 3 places

The 2 dancers at end of Men’s line set to 2 dancers in middle of Ladies’ line & all cast & cross then set in pairs

Top & bottom 2 couples dance “Transverse Rondel”:

Couples on Ladies’ side make arch & change places with couples opposite, cast up/down (do not cross) & turn to face up/down

Couples facing up (1s+3s) make an arch & change places with couples facing down, those dancing under the arch cross & cast up, those making the arch lead down 4 1 2 3
