In memory of Margaret Parker (Peggy), a vera dear friend from Carlisle and Border Branch.Peggy passed away on 28 June 2017. She joined the carlisle and Border Branch in 1955, becoming a committee member shortly afterwards and loyally served in all committee roles over 60 years. Latterly she was elected President, a role she served in actively until the day she left us.
