Steps

1–4: 1st couple turn by the right, man ends facing out, woman facing in. Charles and Linda meet.
5–6: 1st man cast down into 2nd place, 2nd man step up; 1st woman set in original place. Charles goes off to China.
7–8: 1st woman casts thru 2nd place to meet partner in center of the set, 2nd woman step up. 1st man advance setting to meet his partner in the center of the set; both finish facing up with nearer hands joined. 3rd couple step into the center, also facing up with nearer hands joined. Linda goes to China later.
9–16: 1st and 3rd couples advance and retire up and down the center of the set twice. Lion Dance in celebration.
17–24: 1st couple turn 2nd couple above with outside hands: men by left hand, women by right. 1st couple turn 3rd couple below with inside hands: men by right hand, women by left. Charles and Linda visit a pagoda.
25–26: Begin to form a circle of dancers in the center of the set: 2nd man and 3rd woman advance setting and continue setting. Firecrackers going off.
27–28: 3rd man and 2nd woman advance setting to center and continue setting. More firecrackers going off.
29–30: 1st couple advance setting to center. More firecrackers going off.
31–32: All 3 couples cast back to sides with pas de basque. Fireworks explode.
