1–8: 1s + 2s dance the Knot for 6 bars. 2s continue to the side while 1s retain left-hand hold and turn to end facing up. 1M on the left of 1L
9–16: 1s cross up and cast round the 2s, cross down below the 3s giving left hand and end in the centre of the dance facing up. 2s + 3s join in above and below the 1s, all in Promenade hold
17–24: 2s + 1s + 3s dance the modified Promenade:
17–20: as in normal Promenade facing down on the men’s side
21–22: 2s + 1s + 3s ¼ turn into a line on the men’s side, as in an Allemande, dance into the middle and M bring partners in front
