Inspired by the way that Covid turned the world upside-down, preventing us from making contact with other people. The “moorland progression” is a modified version of the defining sequence in Muirland Willie and reminds us of the fact that we could only take our exercise “in nature”. The 40 bars are a reference to quarantine.
