For bars 17-24 the original instructions say: 1st couple turn by the right hand, lead down the middle, cross below 3rd couple and cast up one place on the wrong side (2nd couple move up on bars 19 and 20)
This agrees with the crib and the diagram. The video deviates slightly from the instructions, in that 1c already moves down on the second half turn..
