This video shows a group being walked through then dancing the strathspey section, then doing the same again for the reel section. Finally from 6:30 they dance it all the way through.

Strathspey

- Top & bottom lines A&R ; change pl passing RSh, bottom couples (5c+6c) making arches
- 9–
- Side couples repeat, 7c+8c making arches
- 17–32
- Repeat [1–16] from new places (1c+2c & 3c+4c making arches)
- 33–
- Reels4 in each line, start RSh to P & end facing P
- 41–
- All ½ turn P RH & join LH in centre of each line | Highland Schottische BiL | ½ turn P RH
- 49–
- All set | LH couples in each line make arch & RH couples dance under{3}, repeat with RH couples making arch{3}
- 57–
- All lines set | advance & form circle ; set | retire to sides
Reel
- 1–
- All circle to L & back, ending in big wheel, 1W, 3W, 5W & 7W joining RH in centre
- 9–24
- Dance round ¼ in big wheel | set ; repeat three more times, end facing P (W facing out from centre)
- 25–
- Reels4 in each line, end NHJ with P, top/bottom lines facing clw, side lines facing cclw
- 33–48
- Dance round ¼ each 4 bars, top/bottom lines make arches first, then side lines, end facing P
- 49–
- All ½ turn P RH | centre pairs turn ¾ LH while ends dance ¼ round clw ; all turn P 1½ RH back to original square
- 57–
- All circle to L & back, end dancing into centre & shout “hooch!” (With a lantern bearer in the centre)
