Both cribs in agreement: essentially- Bars 17-18 Turn RH once round
19-20 lead down, cross between 3C cast up to 2nd place.
The video is different -
17-18 1C turn RH half round, 19-20 continue the turn moving down to 2nd place; 21-24 Cross down between 3C and cast up to 2nd place.

The original instructions say: 1st couple turn by the right hand, lead down the middle, cross below 3rd couple and cast up one place on the wrong side (2nd couple move up on bars 19 and 20)
This agrees with the crib and the diagram. The video deviates from the instructions.
