This tune is, in fact, by Robert Mackintosh – even though William Marshall wrote many tunes for other members of the Duke of Gordon’s family (his day job was factor for the Duke of Gordon). There’s a William Marshall tune called Lady Louisa Gordon's Reel (not strathspey) but it has nothing to do with this tune.
