The Highlander Coll. vol 1 booklet says “Music for this dance can be found on “A Shetland Dance” by Da Fustra (HRMCD008)”

The description has no explicit barring, and says “the figures are not strictly tied to the music, …, so some sets may take longer to finish than the others …” .

There are 6 figures. On the the CD there is one track for each figure, each with from 2 to 4 tunes. No tune or track lengths are indicated. The whole dance must far exceed 180 bars. I do not see where that number came from; perhaps it is 180 per figure? But are the six figures equally long?

This entry must be revised by someone who knows the dance and the music.
