Acknowledgement: This dance was inspired by the unusual alternating reel structure of the dance ‘London’s Burning’ by Sue Petyt and is merely a variation on that dance. The continuous motion of the dance made me think of gear wheels and ‘London’s Turning’ is an attempt to develop that concept.
