This dance is devised in honour of the 50th Anniversary of the Boston Branch of the RSCDS. They are indeed a Golden Branch.

NB there is a version of the instructions for this dance which has it as a Reel rather than Strathspey.

All set | turn P BH, opening into ; 2c+3c & 1c+4c Circle4 L, 3c & 1c face out the ends (2,3,1x,4)
17–
1c & 3c dance out ends, cast in to meet P in promhold, W on L ; dance round other cpl Rsh into Lines4 across, with 3c(1c) between 2c(4c), all on own side facing down

Both lines dance down {3} and bring 3c & 1c in to meet P (3,2,1,4) ; 1c/3c make arches and 2c/4c dance up under, and all dance up to (2,3,4,1)
