The standard Rights and Lefts for Three Couples has a narrow and challenging track for the dancers passing up and down the centre as they give left hands. This modification to the formation makes that track safer and more danceable.

I have called this dance ‘Daisy and Rebecca’ because on each repetition two ladies (2nd and 3rd) are left out of the rights and lefts figure. This is compensated by the fact that ladies have much more fun than men in Ladies’ Chains. ‘Two Ladies’ may also be seen as a reference to the two Ladies’ Chains. Daisy and Rebecca are the names of my two grand-daughters.
