Because there is a full stop after the abreviation St this dance does not come up when searched for. Lots of other dances which begin the same way e.g. St Andrew’s Day etc do no have a full stop after the abbreviation St

Right - typically the full-stops after St/Mrs/Mr etc are discarded in SCDDB.

This leads to the wider issue of all searches for dance (and other) names with a “dot” [“full stop”]. Anselm will be modifying the search routine to ignore these “dots”; then no changes to the names and no aliases will be needed.
