I have added those words to “Extra Info”. They seem rather superfluous; this is a normal polite behaviour. It is up to the crib authors if they want to add this to the crib.
Note: the chase in [25-26] is only 2 places, in 2 bars. How the formation works is not immediately clear when reading the crib: Actually, the two pairs of diagonal crossings move all dancers 2 places cclw round the set. The chase takes them back.
