Please remove the diagram for Eight Men of Moidart as you have inadvertently included the RSCDS dance of the same name but not of the correct description. Many thanks, Stephen

The real problem here is that the database only has a single entry for a dance called “The Eight Men of Moidart”, which is the one from RSCDS Book 3 (that has nothing to do with Mrs MacNab). If there is another dance of that name in Mrs MacNab’s œuvre, that dance would need a separate entry, possibly a stub depending on how much is known about the dance in terms of concrete details.
In the meantime I have unlinked the RSCDS dance from the “Dances collected by Mary Isdale MacNab” list. If and when we add the MacNab “Eight Men” to the database, that dance can be added to the list instead.

Hello Anselm, If you look at the MacNab Collection Archive on RSCDS London you will see I have here made a distinction. The MIM Collected Dance is called: The Eight Men of Moidart (from Mingarry). Hope this allows you to include it. Many thanks, Stephen
