This is a centro-symmetrical dance. 3c & 4c start on opposite sides

1c+4c Turn RH | cast in to middle places (2c+3c step to ends) ; 1c+4c ½ R&L (to 2,4,1x,3x)
9–
4c+1c the Targe: 1W+4W turn ¾ RH while{2} 1M+4M chase ¼ cclw to line up/dn | 1M/4M turn 4W/1W LH ; 1W+4W turn ¾ RH while{2} 1M+4M chase on ¼ cclw | repeat the ¾ RH turns and finish (2,1,4x,3x)

Parallel Reels4 on the sidelines
25–
End couples with middle couples ½ RH turn on sidelines | middle couples LHA while{4} end couples chase clw ½ round the set | repeat ½ RH turns on sidelines (2,4,1x,3x)
