“To Be A Wind” (J32-5C) devised by Masako Okada Naitoh. It is published in “To Be A Wind” book, the 25th anniversary book of Tokyo Scottish Bluebell Club.
This is to clarify the complicated part, bars 1-14, a series of various half reels on own sides: half reels of three in tandem(5 dancers)/half reels of four/half reels of three/half turn(2 bars)
