The recording the entry relates to is indeed a Strathspey (see photos of the record at https://www.discogs.com/Stan-Hamilton-And-His-Flying-Scotsmen-Scottish-Dance-Time-Vol1/release/6279373), but the attached sound file must be wrong.
I guess that’s your job to fix it, Anselm.
