Description

My favorite music is on the LP Garple Burn & 7 other Foss Dances by Peter White. The Track is titled “The Earl of Angus and Arran”. I know that the tune is the suggested one. It is not titled Sugar Candie by the music has a certain umph to it that is wonderful. Thanks

Indeed the dances “Sugar Candy” and “The Earl of Angus and Arran” have the same suggested tune “The Earl of Angus and Arran”. Since there is (at least) one recording for “Sugar Candy” the shares another tune of the three tunes of the recording in question, I decided to add “Sugar Candy” as suitable dance.

However, I am a bit reluctant to add the dance “The Earl of Angus and Arran” to all 12-13 recordings which start with “The Earl of Angus and Arran” and are named “Sugar Candy”.

Any opinions on this.

@Walter: thanks for ointing that out.

Best, Heiko
