In one of the earlier publications the dance is spelled “The Fruit-Cake”.
I have added that as an alias and extended the Extra Info.
In which publication is the dance spelled in one word?!?

thanks for correcting. As you had added the dance as “The Fruitcake”, I thought you had evidence that this title was used somewhere.
