Hello,
My name is Sharon Barker and I’m the lead on the John Drewry Dance Collection and Index group that has been put together by Teachers’ Association (Canada). We have completed our review and digitization of our first dance - Auld Luckie. In TAC’s collection, we have 3 previously published editions of the dance and would like to note that the following changes should be made to the dance database.
- The dance is only 32 bars, not 40.
- The steps included in the dance are strathspey travelling step and strathspey setting step.
- The formations included in the dance are: . Reels of three . Setting in line . Hands round half-way
- It should be available for sale shortly as a leaflet from TACBooks as part of the John Drewry Dance Collection.
