I’m confused here about your entry called “David Findlay’s Jig”, attributing it to Lily Davidson. On the Scottish Dancing Dictionary, there’s a dance called “The Findlay’s Jig” and it does appear to have exactly the same formations. This dance is attributed to Roy Goldring. Both dances note the same music.
In any case, either dance would be a J32 3/4L and not 4/4L as in SCDDB.
Please clear up this contradiction. Many thanks.
