Max Steiner added as composer for Tara’s Theme (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/3370/) and note added to the recording (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/10162/) about the tunes being arranged by Peter Campbell.

I notice that Atlanta Fair recording mentions another tune simply called “Tara” (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/8539/) composed by Bruce Shawyer.

Is that a mistake which ought to be corrected?

Becky Sager sent a further comment by email: “The tune we dance Atlanta Fair to is definitely the main theme of Gone With The Wind which according to imdb.com (my other bible) should be attributed to Max Steiner. … I just found Bruce Shawyer’s Tara on abcnotation.com, definitely not Atlanta Fair’s tune.”

Accordingly, the first tune in the Atlanta Fair recording (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/10162/) has been changed from Tara (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/8539/) to Tara’s Theme (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/3370/).
