Dance devised by Lesley McCourt in 2018 and dedicated to Rose Wharton, who came from Cambridge. She had battled cancer but passes away in 2018. The Rose progression is included in the dance in memory of her, and also because coincidentally it is Lesley’s middle name, as it was the name of her grandmother.
There is also a tune of the same name written by Vincent McCourt.
Lesley has checked the crib for accuracy and she checked that Rose’s family are happy for her name to be included on the website.
