The list of tunes in this publication has several duplicate entries. Is there a reason for this or did they somehow get entered twice by mistake?

Yes, but this is correct, because many original tunes by James are twice in this book - once standalone and another time arranged with other tunes.
I have added a note in the publication mentioning that. The only other way to make it clearer is to use page numbers instead of dance numbers.
